Folks, there is thought that keeps coming to mind about where to go back in India when we finally plan to...
When we came in 2002 we did think that we will go back in a couple of years at the most....but it's been longer...we definately love it hear but think that should settle down in India rather for multiple reasons (mostly personal reasons)
I am from a small town in India and it is definately not a IT hub, my wife is from Mumbai and we think it is now too crowded (as always -:) or say to hectiv a life in Mumbai....
so then which is the best place to go ...Pune ? I hear that even that is very crowded and not to mention the sky rocketing real estate....
We have 2 kids...one 6 years and the younger one ...one year....
How is schooling back home ? I hear that the studies for the school there are much more difficult compared to here ? I mean can kids going from here cope up there in schools ?
I also hear that there are foreign schools....for which I might have to continue working here to pay the fees -;)
Thoughts friends ?

Dude, if you find it difficult to digest, then don't do it with your kid. Its that simple.
A debate on this is probably not warranted, as its subjective to every individual's situation.
And btw, both my kids live with me, but they travelled with someone else to spend their vacation at grand-parent's house, so I am not trying to oppose your viewpoint.
This is an infant we are talking about (less than 2 years!).....:o:o:o

Well, you have been helpfull. I was afraid this answer would come up. I cannot find a manual even in the shops. Anyway if you were so kind to look for one for me i'd apreciate that so much, because mos of the books about software are written in english, and here, for programs such painter, wich are not really that popular as photoshop is really hard to find something. Maybe if you gave me a title i could buy through internet.
Oh, and i wish i had buy it! A friend of mine told me about it and made a copy for me for testing. (not pretty legal, i know, but if i like the soft i finally buy it. I only need to check it in advance, because my salary is not that big to buy just for checking. Sure you know what i mean :P )
Anyway, do you think is that good to buy it or do you think you can do the same stuff with photoshop?? I'm afraid painter is much powerfurl in some aspects. What do you think, as owner of painter 6 and a manual???

Guys, this is another great reason of why to change your mind and ATTEND THE RALLY! Let's force CNN to put us on their screens and laugh in Lou Dobbs' face! We can at least reply to his lies in a forceful yet peaceful and educated way (something he isn't!)
One thing I don't understand is how come this guy used the words bastard, communist china(all the time),cheap labor for computer programmers and he is so full of himself. Why does he have problem if US borrows flights from russia to transport vehicle?

We applied on July 2nd during July 2007 VB fiasco.
I just received the following email from CRIS regarding my son's AOS I-485 application:

Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Hi,
My Labor was filed in 2001. There was no progress for a year and a half and I left to go back to India. No I140 filed.
I came back to US and my present employer will be reinitiating the process soon.
Is it possible to recapture the priority date from 2001 filing?

Even though receipts are generated based on received date, I assume they will process by priority date , if not what is use of priority date after filing I-485?

I guess you filed EB3. I was in same situation with BS and MS in Industrial engineering. my I-140 got approved a year ago without any problem. I am waiting for visa number ROW Oct2003. What is your PD?

A piece of black velvet or similar material would fix that, and isn't too expensive if you stick to one or two.I picked up small pieces of black and white non-reflective velvet that do a nice job. Any local fabric shop should carry it. Not cheap, but it won't break the bank. They might have remnants that would be large enough.
